Emotional and psychological care is crucial for children affected by war. The Fund offers one-on-one and group counseling, giving children and their guardians a safe, supportive space to express their feelings, reduce anxiety, and process grief. Highly-qualified professionals who specialize in working with trauma-affected children lead these sessions.
We also conduct specialized workshops and psycho-educational lectures to help prevent long-term emotional challenges, such as PTSD. In addition, the Fund organizes camps and social events, creating opportunities for children to make friends, build social skills, and restore their confidence. These camps provide a much-needed respite from daily stresses, fostering emotional recovery, resilience, and the development of essential communication skills which are key to their overall recovery and growth.
